OMG. It is finally over. Michael Phelps. The struggles, the triumphs. Michael Phelps. The quest for Gold. Michael Phelps. Michael Phelps. The Redeem Team. Phelps Michael. Lightening Phelps Bolt. Chicago United hosted a "friendly" tournament this weekend with the Milwaukee Bombers and the Columbus Jackaroos. Chicago were the big winners of the tourney, while the new kids on the block Columbus also got a big win over Milwaukee.

All eyes now turn to Melbourne where the US Revolution face Denmark on Tuesday night (US time) in their opening game of the 2008 International Cup. The Revos should be able to handle Denmark but they have to deal with a number of injuries, some last minute team changes, the jet lag, and some wet weather footy.

Good luck Revos. Good luck in particular to USFootyNews.com contributors Jeff Blankman, Jeff Persson and Andy Vanica.

Also, thanks to Krazz for holding the fort while I took the camp chair into the woods.
