It is a huge game in Melbourne this weekend. The undefeated St Kilda Saints host the undefeated Geelong Cats at the Docklands Stadium on Sunday morning. The game will be shown live on Setanta at 1am (Eastern) Sunday July 5. These two teams are way out in front on the AFL table, so this game will probably decide the "minor" premiership and put one in the box seat for the run to the finals. On Saturday morning, Setanta has live coverage of the Port Adelaide vs Brisbane game at 1am on Saturday July 4.
In other AFL news, Melbourne President, Irishman and Brownlow Medalist, Jim Stynes, announced he is fighting cancer and needs to step back from his role at the football club.
