The season has 5 weeks left until playoffs! Where did this year go? The best analogy I could give to how I feel right now is this... It's like running a mile in track. Your struggling the entire time, huffing and puffing. You now are on your last lap and about to go on your last turn, 200 to go! As any runner knows, you want to use the turns as a sling shot to get you through the straight away.. You put your head down, picking up your speed and getting more confident that you can finish this race in flying colors. Before you know it, your passing your competition but have to keep pushing because your so close, yet so far away...

This is how I feel right now... Now that I know what I'm doing out there and my skills are equally to better then some, I feel that the sky is the limit! I've been doing well and competing on not knowing what I'm doing and getting by! Now that I know what I'm doing both in the body and mind, I feel confident and good! My skills keep getting better (I have no limitations yet), my body keeps getting stronger and more conditioned for this game and I continue to build credibility with my teammates and coaches that can rely on me. By no means am I "there" yet, but I am closer then most may think, and that excites me! It keeps me humble and hungry, and motivates me more than you could immagine!
